Elizabeth Geiger Obituary

Elizabeth “Mole” Geiger, 50 of Stoneboro, passed away unexpectedly on March 22, 2020. Mole was born in Pittsburgh on July 6, 1969 to the late Joe and Thalia (Schone) Geiger, she was a graduate of Lakeview High School. Mole worked for many years at her mother’s beer distributor, as a bartender at Quillens, and as a cook at The Garage. Mole enjoyed reading, tending to plants, and in her earlier years was an avid stamp and coin collecter. She was a member and past president of the Mad Viking Beard Club. Most of all, Mole enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Mole was known as “the most bad ass woman ever”. Mole is survived by her daughters, Izabella Marie Hasson “Izzy” of Sharon and Alexandria Marie Bemis “Lexie” of Sandy Lake, grandson Floyd Mcghee, brother Lou Geiger and wife Barb of Jackson Center, sister Sue Ringer and husband Tex of Fredonia, companion Chucky Mowry, her “soul sisters” Mary Markwell and Kelly Perrine, and the father to her children, David Boyd, as well as numerous friends. Mole was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Homes, Stoneboro & Sandy Lake. Due to recent health concerns, a memorial service will take place at a later date.
