Mary (Jackie) Bloom Obituary

Mary Jane (Jackie) Bloom, 89, a resident of the Crawford County Care Center, passed away there on March 28, 2024.

She was born December 28, 1934 in Warren, a daughter of William and Laura Sneed Paris. She married Howard A. Bloom June 16, 1956 and he preceded her in death September 16, 2012.

Mary was a graduate of Warren High School. She worked as a secretary at Joy Manufacturing and was of the Christian faith.

She enjoyed playing tennis, pickle ball, quilting, and cribbage.

Survivors include two sons, Karl Bloom (Anita) of Wayland, NY and Mark Bloom (Christine) of Guys Mills; and a niece, Lynn Marlowe of Titusville. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two children, Michael and Phyllis Bloom; and brothers and sisters.

Per Mary’s wishes, her body has been donated to science.
