Peggy Leora Byler, 65, of Guys Mills, passed away April 17, 2024 at Meadville Medical Center.
She was born September 4, 1958 in Titusville, a daughter of the late Tom Thomas and Alena “Sis” (Brown) Woods. She married Benjamin Byler December 20, 1986.
Peggy was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, singing country music and especially spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors, in addition to her husband Ben, include four daughters, Sarah Harrison (Cole) of Daytona, FL, Crystal Stearns (James Beil) of Guys Mills, Angila Stearns of Daytona, FL, and Judy Stearns (Edward Yount) of Meadville; six grandchildren, Timothy, Devan, Christa, Page, Nick, and Adrianna; a brother, Lee Delp (Karen) of Seneca; three sisters, Brenda Thomas, Pat Foster (Dean), and Holly Delp, all of Oil City; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Albert Delp; grandson, Zachary Yount; and beloved dog, Hope.
Calling hours are Friday, April 19 from 2-4 p.m. at ROSE AND WAID FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 581 CHESTNUT ST., MEADVILLE where the funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. with the Rev. Dustin Heath officiating.
